Anonymous asked: is it unhealthy that i have stopped eating bread? i thought it was a pretty healthy move to make, to have a fiberus cereal with skimmed milk for breakfast rather than toast and peanut butter for example. but a few people i have mentioned this to have said i am being "silly" and "unhealthy" by cutting bread from my diet. thanks for your help xx

I don’t feel small yet but thank you!! I’ve been feeling really good since I got back into the weights as well as upping my running. 1 hour a day instead of 30 minutes is definitely working better for me :)

I got triggered something shocking and instead of ranting or eating I went and had a hot shower. Now all snuggled in an oversized jumper and track pants and just feeling…….worn. Lack of sleep and the sudden pressures of today have taken their toll. Very early bed for me tonight.
