Its hardly immaculate…the picture is just really deceptive! Its actually oily as hell but I’ve been putting off washing it until tomorrow because I know I’ve got lap swimming.

So after recapping my Steptember goals..
This past month was a total success!!I didn’t actually realise I had done so well! Am so totally pumped for next month now :D

Loose a minimum of 2 kilos
Loose 1% body fat
Gain at least 1% body muscle
Continue to eat a healthy diet
Ensure you eat enough

In total this month I lost 1.2 kilos. Which I’m actually ok with.

Stats:
Cross trainer:
Time: 40 minutes
Distance: 1.03km
Treadmill:
Time: 11 minutes
Distance: 1km
I am feeling completely dead on my feet right now, it’s really unbelievable. I was fine til about 15 minutes in everything just kind of…slowed down. I got there late so I only got 11 minutes on the treadmill, but that’s ok. In essence I was pushing past my limit anyway....
