Exercise - Cardio - 30 September 2011
Stats: Cross trainer: Time: 40 minutes Distance: 1.03km Treadmill: Time: 11 minutes Distance: 1km I am feeling completely dead on my feet right now, it’s really unbelievable. I was fine til about 15 minutes in everything just kind of…slowed down. I got there late so I only got 11 minutes on the treadmill, but that’s ok. In essence I was pushing past my limit anyway....
