So since we got home late from my bf's brother's...
Have decided that gym will be done tomorrow lunch as oppose to tomorrow morning so I can get some rest. I’ll also be revising my August goals and writing my September goals tomorrow night.
But for now, my pillow is calling me and my bf is already asleep.

Its called ‘Burn it off Pro’ and it was made by rebel sport. Basically you input something naughty you want to eat and it tells you how long doing an exercise of your choice it would take to burn that snack off!!

Got a text from my bf today
He generally doesn’t eat much through the day, just coffee and it use to be noodles for lunch then always a really big dinner.

The one thing I'm not liking about morning...
Are the two times in the day in which I get so tired, I start to literally doze off at my desk. Around 10-11am and 2-3pm it happens and I’ve never experienced such an energy low like this before. Just finished breakfast
Of a very yummy wheatbix and banana. Now to get through the working day. I’m still settling into my job and am not 100% comfortable in it yet so the days kind of drag.
Dinner tonight with my bf’s brother and his family which is good, I can pick his wife’s brain so to speak, she’s my qualified nutritionist resource :)

Exercise - Spin - 31 August 2011
Ow ow OW! It burnt so bad and I could feel my thighs screaming in protest! But I pushed through and completed a 45 minute spin class. Yay me.
A few things I’ve realised: with the absence of classes my endurance has gone to shit, I give a much better workout when I have someone screaming at me for 110% and that I find the class environment extremely motivating.
