Food Intake – 31/05/2011
Did pretty well today. Didn’t give into any temptations but am still feeling pretty lethargic anyway. I bought a different type of pita bread this time, but I’m not too fond of it. Might have to go back to carrot sticks till Thursday. Looking forward to dinner, finally something that isn’t junk food. I could feel myself starting to crave it again so I’m glad it’s back off the menu for a while.

We’re having soft shell tacos for dinner! I’m so excited, I really do like tacos. Plus, I use minimal mince and stock up on HEAPS of salad stuff so it’s not that unhealthy either!

Doing yoga tonight

Things are going better today food wise
I remembered to bring an apple for morning tea and my pita bread and hommos for this afternoon. Ham and salad wholemeal sandwiches for lunch. It’s odd how eating properly doesn’t just make me feel better physically but mentally too
