I just took a look over your diet and I just wanted to say-- be careful? I'm in no way an expert, and correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like on some days you've consumed as little as 800-something calories, and sometimes just 100 calories a meal for lunch. That's not good, and of course you're going to lose weight, since that's practically starving your body. Anything under 1200 (at the LEAST, since your body probably burns around 1500 calories a day for just living) a day falls under the starvation category and rather than fat, your body is going to burn off muscle/get rid of water weight. Maybe you already know all that already, I don't know. Like I said that's just something I've noticed but if you've added intake to your days after you posted the screenshots then feel free to correct me, I'm just concerned.

I do snack continually through the day and this diet has been approved by my doctor as i am in need of loosing weight to continue reducing my cholesterol which is still rather high for my age. The way my body is currently working is a short term thing and i do consume at a minimum 200 calories for lunch as well as more than that for dinner.

What diet are you on lovely? and how much exercise do you do while on it?

i’m on the celebrity slim diet and i try and exercise a minimum of four days a week where lifestyle is permitting but my work life sees me walking a fair bit as well (around 45 minutes a day) :D

Went walking on my lunch break to buy a new shirt for my partner before milling around for a while. In the afternoon I caught a train and then a tram before walking two blocks for dinner at a friends house which was awesome.

Day 4 - Not even gonna try - 14/02/2011

Basically i’m just going to break today down as my bf surprised me with dinner.

Breakfast i had a berry CS shake.

My morning snack was a nectarine.

Lunch was a caramel CS shake.

Mid and late afternoon snack was a kiwi fruit and a pear.

Dinner was a mix of grilled fish, pork, salad and lots of stir fry vegetables all in small helpings. i couldn’t even fit my ice cream!!

Feeling better today

And have my gym stuff packed for this afternoon :) Cramps have finally subsided enough that I reckon I can do some light walking without trouble. Knowing me I’ll end up doing more but we’ll see how I go.

Hey there! I just saw your question to Tina about starting to run. I definitely suggest figuring out if running is even right for you. You don't have to run to be fit. That being said, I downloaded the Couch to 5k app for my iPod, and it was AWESOME. You listening to your own music, and it starts you off to slow. It takes 12 weeks in total...wait...maybe 14...anyways, and its designed to take you from being REALLY inactive to being able to run 5k. It seems hard but it gets easier, as long as you want to do it. GOOD LUCK. I am the LAZIEST girl on the planet, and if I can do it, anyone can:) If you have any questions - let me know:) PS-I've also broken my right ankle 7 times (gymnastics/skateboarding) so I always used that as an excuse. I now run anyways:)

I enjoy walking and would like to transition to running so I’ll see how I go. :)

Day 3 - Not an overly good day but they happen - 13/02/11

So today wasn’t the best day. i’m still excessively cramped due to women’s issues and with my bf stuck working on his race car and my meeting with a friend, we got caught having McDonalds as it was the only real option available to us. i had a diet coke though, which is something i never really do. Exercise today was again non existent, thanks to really bad cramps in my back.

Food Diary:

Breakfast: CS Vanilla Shake - 215 Calories

Lunch: McDonalds big mac meal with diet coke - 890 Calories

Snack: Banana - 105 Calories

Dinner: CS Strawberry Shake - 207 Calories

Total consumed: 1,417

Daily Goal: 1,380

Calories over: 37

As I said, not the best day. But with how I was feeling, I was allowed a day off.

Day 2 - Still feeling ok 12/02/2011

Today wasn’t too fantastic. First day of feminine issues and i have more cramps than i’ve ever had. But i stuck to my diet and went for pretty much the healthiest option available to me for lunch. Getting to spend time with my sister which is really cool.

Food Diary:

Breakfast: CS Strawberry Shake - 207 Calories

Snack: Nectarine - 60 Calories

Lunch: Chicken Wonton Soup (no noodles) - 100 Calories

Snack: Pear - 81 Calories

Dinner: CS Chocolate Shake - 209 Calories

Exercise Diary:

I opted to take today as my day off…mainly due to extremely painful cramps.
