Day 3
i’m not counting the weekend as being part of my days as it was all over the place with alot of late nights and late mornings.
So today so far:
Food Diary:
Breakfast - 1 cup of cornflakes and 1/2 cup of milk - 140 Calories
No Morning Snack
Lunch - Mini spring rolls & Basil Chilli Chicken with boiled rice - 810 calories

Day 2-The work do
So the work do was a long day…with alot of calories…well actually i only ended up being 275 over my limit somehow…

What’s a fruit rope? They sound good and I’m always looking for a quick prtable snack :)
Their basically a rope squished fruit…the closest thing I can think of is a roll up and the confectionary company fruit but it isn’t. They’ve only got 79 calories per pack and are really good when you want something sweet...

Lets call it day 1
So today I think went reasonably well ! Compared to yesterday I am feeling alot better not just physically but mentally.
Food Journal:
Breakfast:
Cornflakes with half a cup of milk - 140 calories
Morning Snack:
Didn’t get time for one today :( Was busy in a meeting
Lunch:
Spagetti on toast (food was unfortunately scarce today) - 220 calories
Afternoon Snack:

I'm 4'11 and just lost 20 or so pounds through "the breakup diet". I will never be a skinny girl - my Irish Catholic birthing hips just won't allow for it, so I'm in the same curvy boat as you!
I've decided it's ok though. I'm just trying to get fit, stop drinking, and look as awesome as I can:)

And so beings the long commute home
This is the part of my day I often dread. It’s 2 trains and 2 hours and 20 minutes home.
Today though I have ropes to eat and the thought of a half day tomorrow due to my work Christmas lunch. That however opens it’s own kettle of fish as I’m currently an in-between size and have no idea what to wear :( stuck in that hard place where nothing quite fits right..,
But...

Thoughts on next week
Believe it or not i was once a fitness junkie. I went once, sometimes twice a day. i loved the buzz exercise gave me and how healthy i felt. I miss that so much. I recently found a gym in my area that was open 24/7, which was fantastic since i leave for work at 6.30 and aren’t home til 7.30 at night. This suited me really well and I was extremely excited.
However, what I didn’t count on was how...

Lunch was yummy and actually really filling…i have fruit ropes for afternoon snacks J Surprisingly as i’m drinking more water my tummy is feeling better which is a good thing. If i keep feeling this much better i’ll be going to the gym tonight!
