Ok. So next week's meal plan:
Breakfast:
2-3 poached egg whites, museli with berries and milk
Morning snack:
Protein bar
Lunch:
Chicken, veggies and brown rice
Afternoon Snack:
Protein bar
Dinner:
Will be whatever meat we’re having with veggies. No carbs after 7pm (according to the plan).
I’ll more than likely cut the evening egg whites because for me that will just be way too much food.

I know but I need to have museli, milk as well as the eggs. I know with that combination I’ll only fit 2 eggs max ontop of the other stuff.

LiveFit is all go as of Monday. I’m going to follow the meal plan as much as I can, though I more than likely won’t manage that do their dinners, but I’ll work with what I’ve got. For the most part it should work out well. I might decrease a bit of it though. 5 eggs in the morning seems a bit excessive.

Actually, thinking about it...
It might be better to start the Monday after next….since the engagement party is next weekend…there is no way I’m going to be able to stick to it….
Or do I just do it anyway and take that day as it comes?

no do not eat them raw. make sure to cook them. Its easier for your body to digest and breakdown the protein. :D

Sydney I am so fucking over your OUTRAGIOUS cost...
Am seriously considering moving back to my old area next year after the wedding, employment pending (ie if we can get work down there).
I’m sick of slogging my guts out in a job for how expensive Sydney is to live in completely devouring my pay check each week.
